Cyst

Cysts are bumps under the skin filled with solid keratinous material. Cysts occur from an inflamed hair follicle. These are usually painless, although if the follicle has bacteria in it this can cause pain. Cysts are typically found on the neck, back and abdomen.

During your consultation, Dr. Banki will evaluate the growth to determine if surgery is the option. If surgical excision is needed Dr. Banki will refer you to a surgeon for excision.
